Our Touch for Health Kinesiology program guides you from foundational muscle testing to advanced whole-body energy balancing. Across four progressive levels, you’ll learn to assess and restore the body’s physical, emotional, and energetic balance using techniques such as muscle monitoring, meridian and spinal reflex work, neuro-lymphatic and neuro-vascular points, emotional stress release, posture correction, nutrition support, and the Chinese Five Element system.

By the final level, you will be confident in performing full-body assessments, addressing muscle imbalances, emotional stresses, food sensitivities, and energy flow disruptions using an integrated approach with colour, sound, and advanced meridian techniques. These courses equip you with practical, hands-on tools to support wellbeing for yourself and others. ($620/level or $2,400 for all)
