Nutraceuticals

Glyconutrition refers to the study and use of specific dietary sugars—known as glyconutrients—that support the body’s natural cellular communication processes. These nutrients are involved in the creation of glycoproteins, which help cells recognise, interact, and send signals to one another.

In simple terms, glyconutrition focuses on providing the body with certain plant-based carbohydrates that assist healthy cell function. These nutrients are naturally found in foods such as fruits, vegetables, and certain plant extracts.
