Massage
Relaxing - A gentle full body massage focused on easing muscle tightness, improving circulation and calming the nervous system, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed.

Deep Tissue - A firm, targeted massage that works deep into the muscles and fascia to release chronic tension and restore movement.

Neurolymphatic - A therapeutic technique that stimulates specific reflex points to improve lymphatic and nervous system function. Can be beneficial for reducing pain, boosting the immune system, increased energy, reduced inflammation and improved detoxification, chronic fatigue and migraines.

Meridian - Deeply rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian massage involves therapeutic techniques of following and boosting the body's energy pathways (meridians) to restore the flow of vital energy. This helps to balance the body as a whole by releasing blockages, relieving tension and improving the function of associated organs and systems.

Hands, Feet & Head - A focused treatment for the areas that hold the most stress and do the most work. Gentle stimulation of neurovascular points, acupressure holding points and gait muscle reflex points. These techniques help improve blood flow, calm stress responses, support coordinated movement patterns and assist the body in resetting tension held in key areas.

Joint Pain Relief
Shoulders - A hands-on session that helps release tight muscles around the shoulder, improve movement, and ease that "stuck" feeling. I use gentle muscle testing, massage, and specific pressure points to help your body switch off stress patterns and move more freely.

Elbows - A focused treatment for sore or overworked elbows. By working on the muscles of the forearm and upper arm, applying light pressure to key points, and helping the body rebalance tension, this session supports smoother, more comfortable movement.

Wrists - A gentle approach that helps relieve tightness and strain in the wrist and hand. I work on the muscles that support the joint, use light acupressure-style holds, and release the stress patterns that often contribute to writ discomfort.

Hips - A calming, body focused session that eases tight hips and lower back tension. I work with the surrounding muscles, pressure points, and stress responses that can limit hip movement, helping your body feel more balanced and stable.

Knees - A practical treatment that helps reduce pressure and heaviness around the knee. By working with muscle patterns in the legs, releasing tight areas, and supporting healthy movement, this session helps the knee feel more supported and less restricted.

Ankles - A gentle but effective session for stiff or sore ankles. I work through the feet, calves, and lower leg to release tension, improve movement, and help the body reset and stress or instability held around the joint.
