Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: 23 September 2025

At Tri-Listic Health, we are committed to ensuring that our services and website are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that kinesiology should be available to all, and we strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Our Commitment

  • We aim to follow the principles of the New Zealand Disability Strategy and the Web Accessibility Standards (NZ Government).

  • We provide reasonable adjustments and accommodations where possible to support clients with different accessibility needs.

  • We regularly review our physical space, services, and website to improve accessibility.

Physical Accessibility

  • Our practice space is (wheelchair accessible through the rear of the house).

  • If you require additional support such as extra time during sessions, assistance with mobility, or help filling in forms, please email me.

  • We welcome carers, support people, and service animals.

Website Accessibility

  • We want our website to be easy to use for everyone. Steps we take include:

  • Using clear, plain language.

  • Designing with good colour contrast and readable text.

  • Ensuring navigation works with screen readers where possible.

  • Providing alternative text for images.

  • If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website, please contact us (see below).

Ongoing Improvements
